ACTIONABLE EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

In partnership with leading educational organizations, we design and conduct action oriented executive development programs in the areas of competitiveness, development and leadership, corporate sustainability, ESG/DEI, strategic compliance, and social and hybrid entrepreneurship. The programs are based on our experience in organizing executive development programs at the World Bank in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Models for the Base of the Pyramid (the 4 billion+ people living on less than $5/day), Business Lead Collective Acton Against Corruption, etc., as well as teaching at several Executive Development Programs at Wharton, Harvard Business School, the Organization of American States (OAS), and Joint Vienna Institute. Each management development program utilizes the concepts of Actionable Capacity Development and Multi-Framework Thinking and is customized to meet organizational needs. Programs can range from one-day sessions focused on specific topics and strategic brainstorming to more comprehensive multi-day sessions and hybrid options, which combine in-person training with lectures, case study analysis, online exercises, and study tours.


​As it is becoming increasingly important for global businesses to consider legal risks and issues when formulating their business strategies, we also offer executive legal compliance and related education programs that focus on helping business leaders learn how to consider legal risks and legal issues when making broader corporate decisions, particularly in the space of ESG/DEI.

ACTIONABLE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT FOR STRATEGIC COLLECTIVE ACTION

We help clients build organizational capabilities to initiate, lead, and implement strategic collective action initiatives for value co-creation and managing risk – between companies and other key stakeholders, including governments, development organizations, foundations, and donor and cooperation agencies.  This program is based on our experience with designing and delivering Executive Development Program on Business Lead Collective Action Against Corruption at the World Bank.

ACTIONABLE CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INTRAPRENEURSHIP

By utilizing the concepts of Ideation and Design Thinking we help clients develop and implement more structured and effective processes that support entrepreneurship and in-house innovation generation. The training addresses the emotional challenges and obstacles that entrepreneurs and employees are facing – and may not be aware of the “unwritten rules” of their organizational culture that discourage intrapreneurship and innovations and lead to the misallocation of corporate resources and mismanaging risk. The program helps clients strengthen the organization’s innovation culture that improves a company’s ability to support intrapreneurship and adequately allocate resources.

Our result-based, action oriented executive development programs are highly focused and interactive with customized case studies for specific organizations, industries, and countries. They also provide continued post-program support and access to experts.

ONLINE- AND BLENDED CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

We have extensive experience developing and delivering online and blended capacity development programs. Our expertise is partly based on two blended programs developed for the World Bank: (1) CSR and Sustainable Competitiveness and (2) Competitiveness and CSR; as well as ESG/DEI capacity development programs for corporate clients, during the COVID pandemic. Our CSR and Sustainable Competitiveness program has been translated in all major languages and has been taken by over 30,000 participants.
