KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE

We help companies and other organizations capture their experience in case study formats that can be used for internal training, usually as an integral part of leading and managing change, as part of broader consultation, strategic brainstorming, and knowledge exchange processes with pears from around the world. We have written case studies for companies, such as Firmenich, PepsiCo and L’Oréal, universities and organizations including but not limited to Harvard Business School and Global Knowledge Exchange initiatives at the World Bank. As part of its consulting work in the DRC, in 2013, Global CDL led a Knowledge Exchange to Mauritius on SOE reform in regard to externalizing social assets.
